The Member Roster Committee maintains the roster for the state and chapters.
2007-2008 Roster has been complete and was distrubuted to all state officers, chapter Presidents and committee chairs at the July 2007 BOT meeting on a CD. Chapter Presidents are encouraged to reproduce their individual chapter roster for redistribution within the chapter. Any one who requires a paper copy can request one from the membership roster chair.
It was the decision of the Board of Trustees not to place the roster on the website giving our members full confidentiallity and ensuring their information was only available within our organization.
If you find you are listed in the roster under the wrong chapter please notify National AAMA membership at 1-800-228-2262. They place you in chapters by zip codes but you have the choice to join any chapter you wish. The roster committee can not change your chapter designation, you need to make sure it is corrected at the national level.
Members of the two chapters in King County may have this affect them more often. King County Chapter and SeaTac Chapter have some members that may be misassigned. Please let National know your chapter preference. This will ensure that the dues you pay to national are distributed correctly to support your chapter.
This committee updates information on a quarterly basis current with national membership list. If you move, change phone numbers or email addresses, it would be appreciated if you notify a commmittee member so we can stay current at the state level. This helps the state and your local chapter to keep you informed of information important to us all.
